Investing in people is the most cost-effective and sustainable investment an organization can make. Building on that and on the deep belief that people are at the core of growth, we have developed a handful of Training & Professional Development Programs taught by subject matter experts aiming to impact individual and organizational performance. We utilize the ADDIE Methodology to design and improve our training programs and Kirkpatrick’s Model to evaluate their outcomes. We have fused the two in the below process:

  1. Analyzing the competencies needed in a growing healthcare market. Our subject matter experts benefit from their hands-on experience in the field to identify these knowledge needs.

  2. Designing the program according to GATES ELDA Approach© that consists of:

    • Education on the subject with relevant concepts

    • Leadership building through thought and tools development

    • Digitalization through a fully online training program

    • Application by engaging experienced professionals to guarantee concepts’ applicability in real contexts

  3. Developing the sessions in a way that guarantees practicality according to the following composition: 

    • 30% Concepts

    • 30% Process

    • 40% Tools

  4. Impacting the individual performance of the trainee at their workplace and aiming ultimately to achieve organizational goals. Our training evaluation approach includes an application of the tools, an exam, and an application project that applies the learned knowledge in a real site.  This is to ensure a high ROI for professionals and organizations.

  5. Evaluating the training outcomes by seeing and listening to the trainees' feedback, success rates, and trainers' opinions on the implementation. This leads to improving the training offering and enhancing the learner's journey.
