Skills and Tools

Learning Outcomes

Program Structure, Evaluation Criteria, and Certification Policy

  • In parallel to certificates, Gates will supply participants with a certificate cover and a grading report that summarizes their performance in the HMQ program which includes:

    - A grade for the acquired knowledge
    - A grade for the performance on the applied skills
    - A correlation between the grades and the General Learning Outcomes of the program.

As a result of the grading report, Gates identifies the final grade for the whole program in addition to the type of certificate attained, which can either be:

    - A certificate of Completion: 67.25 ≤ Final Grade < 86
    - A Certificate of Merit: 86 ≤ Final Grade ≤90
    - A Certificate of Distinction: 90 < Final Grade
    - A Certificate of Attendance from Gates Group is awarded to participants who fulfill the required attendance but do not meet the HMQ program’s certification standards.

The following are important rules for using the certificate professionally:
    - Record your achievement on your professional portfolio (i.e. LinkedIn and CV) as having a “Certificate in Healthcare Management & Quality”. We would highly appreciate you mentioning us as the provider.
    - We are committed to your success; therefore, you have the right to get any document requested from your employer that supports your recruitment or promotion.
    - Having a certificate cover combined with your certificate is proof of validity for this certificate. In all cases, your employer can request validity proof from our team by sending the request to info@gates-group.com.
    - You cannot claim, state, or imply that this certificate is an academic degree or a professional certification. The HMQ is proof of your education in healthcare management and not evidence of your ability to practice.
    - You cannot specify abbreviations of the program after your name.

  • In case an organization requests authentication of the certificate of a specific participant, the employer sends an email to info@gates-group.com for validation. TDM requests the full name of the participant, in addition to the title of the program, and the participant code written on the certificate.

Note: certificate authentication is a process of ensuring whether a person received the certificate program or not.

Gates accordingly responds to the requesting party by confirming the participants’ certificate, or by denying the certification and specifies the status and type of certificate attained.

Gates shares the feedback with the requesting party after receiving the Certificate Holder’s consent through email. In case of no consent from the Certificate Holder, Gates informs the requesting party about the invalidity of the request.
