Participants who have successfully completed the HMQ program are entitled to receive any necessary documents from their employer that support their recruitment or promotion.

Participants are prohibited from claiming, stating, or suggesting that the HMQ certificate represents an academic degree or professional certification. The certificate attests to the individual's educational background in healthcare management but does not provide evidence of their competence to practice.

Participants may not use program abbreviations after their names.

  • In case an organization requests authentication of the certificate of a specific participant, the employer sends an email to info@gates-group.com for validation. TDM requests the full name of the participant, in addition to the title of the program, and the participant code written on the certificate.

Note: certificate authentication is a process of ensuring whether a person received the certificate program or not.

Gates accordingly responds to the requesting party by confirming the participants’ certificate, or by denying the certification and specifies the status and type of certificate attained.

Gates shares the feedback with the requesting party after receiving the Certificate Holder’s consent through email. In case of no consent from the Certificate Holder, Gates informs the requesting party about the invalidity of the request.
