Since 2011, Gates Group, in partnership with the Lebanese University, has proudly delivered the Healthcare Management, Quality, and Technology (HMQT) Master’s program, a cornerstone in healthcare education in Lebanon and beyond. Designed to equip healthcare professionals with advanced knowledge and leadership skills, the program is a testament to resilience, innovation, and inclusivity.

Knowledge should know no boundaries.

Despite facing over a decade of challenges—including economic crises, regional conflicts, and the global pandemic—the HMQT program has never wavered in its mission. It has remained steadfast, providing high-quality, regionally recognized education at a fraction of the cost. Through strategic subsidies and operational efficiencies, we have ensured that healthcare professionals from diverse economic and social backgrounds can access this transformative opportunity.

Over the years, the HMQT program has produced a generation of leaders who are reshaping healthcare systems. The curriculum balances rigorous academic frameworks with practical application, blending global best practices with real-world challenges faced in the MENA region. This unique approach has attracted over 500 participants across three countries, contributing to a robust network of healthcare leaders driving quality improvement and innovation.

At the heart of this success is a commitment to excellence. The program integrates cutting-edge methodologies, case studies, and management tools tailored to the ever-evolving healthcare landscape. It also reflects the resilience of our educators and participants, who, even during the harshest crises, have demonstrated unwavering dedication to advancing healthcare quality.

The HMQT Master’s program is more than an educational initiative; it is a beacon of hope and progress, empowering individuals to overcome barriers and drive impactful change in healthcare systems globally.
