This includes data collected through participant records, assessments, communications, financial systems, and learning platforms. Appropriate measures are implemented to ensure that all information is handled securely and used only for authorized purposes related to program delivery and administration.

    Participant information is only disclosed under specific conditions in accordance with GATES policies and applicable requirements. All participants are informed of these conditions prior to program enrollment and are required to acknowledge them through a confidentiality agreement.

  • All personally identifiable information collected through GATES training programs is securely stored within restricted-access systems. Access is limited to authorized personnel based on job-related responsibilities and granted on a controlled, case-by-case basis to ensure data protection and privacy.

  • All training materials provided by GATES are the intellectual property of GATES and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use, including copying, sharing, distributing, or modifying training or assessment materials, is strictly prohibited.

    Training materials are provided solely for use within the context of the program. Any use outside the intended educational purpose, including unauthorized training delivery or commercial use, is not permitted and may result in appropriate action.

  • Certificates may be included in professional portfolios (e.g., CV, LinkedIn) as evidence of program completion. The certificate does not represent an academic degree or a professional certification.

    Employers or third parties may request verification by contacting training@gates-group.com. Verification is conducted only with the certificate holder’s consent and includes confirmation of certificate validity and completion status.
