This includes, but is not limited to, data sourced from participant records, notes from the Student Affairs Committee, emails, financial systems, learning platforms, and all related applications, such as grades and personal files. Strict measures are in place to ensure that this information remains secure and protected.

All personally identifiable information gathered through Gates training programs is securely stored within restricted-access databases. Access to this data is strictly limited to employees who require it to perform specific job-related functions. Such access is granted only on a case-by-case basis to uphold the highest standards of data security and privacy.

All training materials provided by our education and training delivery teams are the intellectual property of Gates and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to copying, sharing, distributing, or adapting training or examination materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. This prohibition applies to all individuals or entities, including participants, trainers, and third parties, who are not explicitly authorized by Gates. Furthermore, training materials are intended solely for educational purposes during approved sessions. Any use of these materials outside the scope of their intended purpose, including for independent study, unauthorized training delivery, or commercial use, is a violation of our copyright policy.

Certificates may be included in professional portfolios and CVs but do not represent academic degrees or professional certifications. Employers can request authentication via training@gates-group.com. Verification requires participant consent and includes confirmation of the certificate’s authenticity.
