Quality Manager – Kuwait

The Quality Manager shall work with Director and Quality & Risk Management team to ensure establishment, coordination, implementation and evaluation of Quality Management System effectiveness at the Hospital. The Quality Manager shall maintain and monitor issues of quality and regulatory compliance in line with applicable accreditation standards (JCI & Accreditation Canada) and legal regulations and shall ensure their implementation throughout the hospital, and ensure continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

·  Master Degree in Health Science, Public Health, Quality Management, or related fields

·  Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with quality improvement principles and program management practices, accreditation preparation and implementation, risk assessment and process analysis, internal audit principles, data management, and project management

·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position in a clinical or quality management capacity in a healthcare setting

·  Experience in Canadian or JCI Accreditation, preferable

 

 

CLINICAL PHARMACIST – Lebanon

Clinical Pharmacist shall consult with physicians and assist in the entire process of assessing the patients’ needs for prescription medication, designing the optimal pharmaceutical care plan, and monitoring the patient for treatment effects and adverse drug events.  Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the design, operation, and improvement of medication-use processes. Clinical Pharmacist evaluates patterns of medication use, assists in the development of applicable protocols and policies and procedures, and offers effective ways to reduce the economic costs due to drug related problems and negative therapeutic outcomes.

Requirements:

·  Doctor in Pharmacy

·  Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital

 

DIRECTOR OF QUALITY & RISK MANAGEMENT – Lebanon

Director of Quality & Risk Management shall lead the Quality & Risk Management Team in coordinating the Hospital’s programs in Quality Management, Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Patient Safety, Environmental Safety, Customer Service, and Patient Rights. QRM Director shall develop and lead a culture of safety and quality of care and shall provide leadership and direction to the Hospital’s accreditation processes and continuous improvement processes, patient relations, and regulatory compliance, identifying opportunities and strategies for performance improvement.  QRM Director shall develop and lead a patient-centered approach strategy with transversal relations with all concerned parties and shall serve as a health system-wide expert and resource in quality improvement. 

Requirements:

·         Master Degree in Healthcare Management, Quality management or related field

·         Clinical or Nursing background

·         CPHQ certificate or equivalent

·         Qualification in internal audit principles

·         Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Improvement or related field in a health care setting with a minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership position

·         Knowledge of regulatory standards including Lebanese MOPH Accreditation Standards, ISO 9001-2015 and JCIA

·         Knowledge of various quality improvement tools and methodologies and the ability to use them effectively

·         Knowledge of data management principles, tools and techniques, and basic statistical analysis

 

QUALITY & RISK MANAGEMENT, DEPARTMENT HEAD – Lebanon

Department Head of Quality & Risk Management shall work with Director and Quality & Risk Management team to ensure establishment, coordination, implementation and evaluation of Quality Management System effectiveness at the Hospital.  QRM Department Head shall support the development and implementation of Quality Management and Patient Safety objectives, programs and plans and lead complex projects, provide education, and implement best practices as well as play a vital role in guiding, developing and implementation of new policies or procedures and audit, data management and tracking systems.  QRM Department Head shall maintain and monitor issues of quality and regulatory compliance in line with applicable accreditation standards and legal regulations and shall ensure their implementation throughout the hospital, and ensure continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

·  Master Degree in Health Science, Public Health, Quality Management, or related fields

·  Clinical or Nursing background, preferable

·  CPHQ certificate or equivalent, preferable
